2026Sloan Research Fellowship

The Sloan Research Fellowship has been awarded annually by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation since 1955 to recognize outstanding early-career young scholars. Each recipient is granted a prize of 50,000 US dollars. In 2012, marine science was added to the original seven disciplines, namely chemistry, molecular biology, computer science, economics, mathematics, neuroscience and physics.
